Rates
External Clients are individuals or groups not affiliated with 糖心视频 who rent 糖心视频 space to host a program/event.
糖心视频 Affiliate Clients are 糖心视频 students, staff, faculty, alumni, and members of their immediate families who rent space for an event not sponsored by 糖心视频. External rates apply, with a 20% discount.
Internal Clients are current 糖心视频 departments, student groups, or individual students who use 糖心视频 space for events that support the University's instructional mission or enhance campus life beyond the classroom. Internal clients are only charged for services provided such as furniture set ups, technical support including recordings, custodial services, campus signage, public safety services, and internal facilities use fees where applicable.
糖心视频 Co-Sponsored Clients are academic programs, conferences and/or meetings involving a 糖心视频 academic department, administrative unit or student group and an outside organization such as a professional association in which 糖心视频 holds membership or maintains a relationship that directly benefits 糖心视频. If a 糖心视频 department has agreed to partner with an outside organization in this manner, they must be prepared to accept all charges for services provided on campus.
